The purpose of this Website is to offer to individuals (hereinafter the "Orgas"), private tools to support various type of esports competitions, and allows user to consult results of such competitions.

The Website is owned by Moderators. The Website, including (but not limited to) text, content, software, video, music, sound, graphics, photographs, illustrations, artwork, photographs, names, logos, trademarks, service marks and other material ("Content") is protected by copyrights, trade marks and/or other proprietary rights.

Orgas and registered players, can decorate their regattas or player pages with additional images and information, its their responsabilities to respect any third party rights and laws. Usage of their login password, implies his/her approval and acceptance to the following terms of use.

Moderators will remove any content that is signaled by a documented rights claim or takedown notice.

Liability

Moderators will not be held liable for any damages whatsoever as may arise from logging on to this Website. Website reserves the right to modify, suspend or even interrupt the display of all or any part of this Website.

Orgas, can also enrich other players' personal page with possible personal information. they do so with the express knowledge and responsability, only with the written agrement from the said players. Moderators can not be held liable for any damages that may arise from such Orgas actions, and Moderators will remove any content that is signaled by a documented rights claim or takedown notice.

This Website may contain or refer to other additional or complementary terms to be met by Users; in case of conflict, these terms and conditions should apply. They will be governed by and construed according to the laws of France and disputes arising from such terms will be referred to the competent Court within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Rennes, France, which will have sole jurisdiction.
